The EEC Design Build team collaborated with the Leadership of Midway Rental – Service Shop & Sales to Design and Build a new facility in Laurel, MT. EEC provided A/E design services from the project beginning to planning, zoning variance submittal, architectural, civil, structural, MEP engineering, surveying, and full construction services of this 9,682sf steel building with 3-service bays, 1-wash bay, 1-covered exterior storage bay, along with a wood framed office/showroom space, and all required site improvements. Utilities were extended to accommodate the expanded need for water/sewer/power/gas and included DEQ Water and Sewer extension approval. EEC completed this project from Conception to Completion.
