The EEC Design Build team worked collaboratively with the Leadership of MH EBY and their selected design architectural team to create a prototype Sales and Service Center facility to utilize as they upgrade their service centers around the country. EEC provided A/E design services from the initial conception to architectural production, required Zoning Variance Services, civil, structural, MEP engineering, surveying, and full construction services for this 12,000sf steel building with 4-service bays, adding state-of-the-art tools, computers, wiring, and office space, allowing MH EBY to run efficiently with sales and services under one roof. Covering over 3.2 acres, MH EBY has 4 large service bays with a large equipment storage yard, plenty employee/public parking, and an extraordinary sales floor with a vaulted industrial style ceilings to show off their new trailers. There is no rig that is too big for MH EBY Service Center!
