The EEC Design Build team was hired to work collaboratively with the Leadership of Bretz RV/Marine to Design & Build a functional facility to expand their RV/Marine Service Center capacity, as well as to increase their shop/service efficiency. EEC provided A/E design services from the initial concept for architectural, civil, structural, MEP engineering, surveying, and full construction services for this 23,000sf steel building with 19-service bays, along with a 790sqft wood framed office space to accommodate their admin and office staff. Utilities were extended to accommodate the expanded need for water/sewer/power/gas. The additional paved areas allow for ease of movement for both customer and staff throughout the site.
An additional 5 acre was also improved to serve as a new RV/Marine display area. Storm water and drainage designed by EEC as well. EEC is proud to complete this project from Conception to Completion in less than 8 months. The new addition sits on their current site and can be seen proudly from Interstate 90.
