EEC designed and constructed this 1,260 square foot addition to the existing historic Edgar Bar and restaurant. With careful planning, the existing bar was able to remain open during the 4 months of construction and was only closed during the last week while the original bar area was remodeled. The owners wanted to preserve their rural bar atmosphere while improving the functionality. A twenty foot wide opening was cut in the existing 80+ year old brick wall to connect the addition to the existing area. EEC was able to meet the clients dreams of having an antique back bar. EEC had a new antique appearance back bar designed and constructed to accomplish the old bar atmosphere and deliver within budget.
