EEC designed and built this 8,806 square foot two unit warehouse. Each unit has 500 square feet of office space, a restroom, a storage mezzanine, two large overhead doors, and loading dock access. Large south facing windows on the facade provide an abundance of daylight into the warehouse and office spaces in addition to providing solar heat gain during winter months.
